"Selling" your Masterclass on Anti-Harassment Internally
Updated: May 4
My name is Natalie Lynch, and together with Dr. Lindsey Lee, I co-founded Lynch Learning. And I wanted to talk for a minute about the idea of selling internally the concept of annual anti-harassment training, possibly to someone who doesn't understand the return on investment as well as you do. So one of the points that's super important is to make sure that the leadership understands that the things that they think are going right about the company are the things that are going to get introduced when the leader does his introductory message. So if the culture's already pretty good, if sales and work ethic are great, those are the kinds of things that the leader can reinforce in that introductory point. On the other hand, if there are things that are not going so well, such as low turnover, sorry, low sales or high turnover, focus on why scaffolding employee education is exactly what's needed to make employees feel safe and helping the management understand what it is that's gonna take them to the next level. Thanks very much for your time, and I hope to see you guys signing up for Lynch Learning pretty soon. Thanks. Bye.
